The Fundamental Ballet Program is designed for absolute beginners who have no experience in ballet.​

This progressive program helps adults learn the practical skills in classical ballet as well as the artistic elements engrained within the proper technique.

***This program is NOT for experienced dancers - you will find this program to be too slow for you. Adults with little to no background in ballet will benefit the most.***
